Earlier last year we (SERVPRO of Katy Cypress) got a call from a bank saying that had water damage. As a water restoration company, we knew that timing is key. We got out there in an hour and checked to see the damages. There was water in places that it didn’t need to be but we got all the moisture out of the building. We used air movers and LGR dehumidifiers to get the moisture out. After that we sprayed the place down with EPA registered antimicrobial and made it so no mold would grow. This is how we (SERVPRO of Katy Cypress) handle water restoration jobs.
