              Often when something goes wrong to your property it is your home. It is the place in which you sleep and cook your dinner. It is your sanctuary. It is your home. While your home is a wonderful place that is extremely important it isn’t a place in which you pay for your living. It isn’t a place that makes your income, unless you are renting it out or about to sell it. Your home does not make you any money. When something goes wrong with a commercial building however it is a place that is very precious. I am not saying it is more important than a residential property but what I am saying is a commercial building costs money each day it is closed. Each day that this business is closed is a day that has lost money.
