Why SERVPRO (I)

In most major cities such as ours, there are a few major restoration companies to choose from. So I guess the question is, why use SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress? The answer is very simple. SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress has taken the time and dedication to help their community in times of need. Being on time and communicating with our customers is key in building a quality relationship, even if that relationship is created out of something negative such as water, fire and mold damages. Listening to our customers intently about their situation, then making sure we proceed accordingly based on what the customers desires require, is something we also pride ourselves on. In times of crisis, people turn to each other for help and comfort. This is a mandate that all of us here at SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress follow at work and in our regular lives.
