SERVPRO is a staple in the restoration business. We here at SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress take care of the greater Houston area of Texas. We share that market with other restoration companies, as well as other SERVPRO franchises. What sets us apart from the rest besides expert level experience and great customer service, is the fact that all SERVPRO franchises can come together to help one another. We had a very large storm team during Hurricane Harvey, because Harvey leveled Houston, back in September of 2017. We in SERVPRO call that Storm Team. Its when a catastrophic storm hits a certain area and causes more damage than one franchise can handle on their own. So we can act like the large restoration company you want, with a small shop vibe that demands over the top customer service. When SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress hosted storm during Hurricane Harvey, we had over 120 different SERVPRO franchises to aid us in the clean up of our great city. That is why you remember seeing all those green trucks driving around town in the months to follow.
