Since we here at SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress specialize in large scale losses, how about we go over some of the work that we have done with commercial properties. Let’s start with hurricane Harvey. In case you were living under a rock during September of 2017, Hurricane Harvey came through and pretty much destroyed our wonderful city and most parts of southeast Texas. There were a lot of commercial properties that were closed post hurricane. Most large losses that occur during disasters like that are considered an emergency. With in the first few weeks SERVPRO did and or assisted with numerous apartment complexes, High schools and colleges, fast food buildings, and countless merchant shops in our community. Sometimes money and time can’t fix everything. There are businesses that never came back due to the flooding because they just could not recover. Being out of business for too long can prove to be costly. We here at SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress urge the business owners in our community to keeps us in mind when the damages start.
