In a state as big as Texas you can find a lot of different companies that offer restoration services. Large companies such as us, and small family owned companies. So when choosing a restoration company that best fits your needs, one must understand what they are looking for. Some companies only look after themselves and make sure that can get there bill is up as high as they can get it, like some mechanics we all know. Then there are company like SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress who just want to make the customer feel like they have there home or business back. We always put the customer's needs above our own.
