Hurricane season is here. Also, the third named tropical storm of the Atlantic hurricane season 2020, Cristobal. Heavy rainfall and flooding is expected for southern Mexico, where the storm is located. It is hard to predict the path of a tropical storm, therefore, difficult to manage an adequate evacuation of an area.
